Fantastic service with quick turnaround. Sham was extremely helpful and explained the issue with my machine very clearly. I've been recommended by a friend and have never been disappointed. Sham provides excellent service to my Elna 3005—he's professional and honest, always explaining what needs to be fixed and getting approval before making any changes. Me and my mum ordered a sewing machine over the phone with Sham on Wednesday. By Saturday the machine was personally delivered to us by Sham, with a thorough demonstration of how to use the machine. From the initial phone call to the delivery, Sham was nothing but friendly and helpful. He really took the time to explain all the functions of the machine and patiently answered all our questions and made sure we were comfortable with using the machine and did everything at our pace. In prepation for my daughter going on to study fashion, I wanted to buy her a suitable sewing machine that will be right for her for many years to come. I tried researching online, but with so many models and features it was difficult to work out which was best. I asked my mother in law, a keen dress maker, and she recommended SM Sewing Machines. We made a visit to his unit, and discussed our needs, he was very patient, listened to what we wanted to acheive and made some recommendations based on our requirements. He didn't rush us, or push us into making a decision. After careful considering, we settled on the machine that was right for us, Sham offered an hour's tutorial when we picked it up free of charge. It was brilliant, he took us through every feature of the machine and made sure my daughter knew how to complete all the important tasks. Two days ago sham came to my studio and did full service to my industrial sewing machine. He did a fantastic job. More over he explained me how to handle the machine in future and thought me few valuable tips and also he came half and hour earlier and he didn’t rush to finish his work.
