Overall Terms & Conditions
1) Standard manufactures warranty on all products
2) Any incomplete order must be reported within 48 hours, claims after this period will not be liable.
3) Next working day delivery is not guaranteed as this is dependent upon our delivery provider.
4) Warrantee is only accepted when the original box is provided so please ensure the packaging is kept.
5) SM Sewing Machines will pay the return carriage costs if the good is damaged or faulty.
6) Returned items will only be refunded if returned as unused and in new condition.
7) If items are returned they need to be packed carefully as the consumer will be responsible for the return carriage.
8) The customer will pay for the return carriage costs if a good is ordered in error or the good is unwanted by the customer.
Domestic Sewing Machine Deliveries
We offer free next working day delivery service for all of our domestic sewing machines, steam pressers and overlockers in the UK if ordered by 3pm.
Industrial Sewing Machines
We charge for the delivery of industrial sewing machines depending upon the location of the delivery.
Spare Parts
We offer free delivery for spare parts and accessories for industrial and domestic sewing machines for orders over GBP50.00. Orders under GBP50.00 will be charged a delivery cost for only GBP4.99. Using the recorded delivery service will mean the product will need to be signed for to ensure it has reached you.
Horn Cabinets
As a Horn Cabinet Dealer we offer a free delivery service to our customers in the UK. Horn UK promise to deliver and unpack your cabinet. Delivery times depends on your location. Horn Cabinet UK cover the majority of the UK every 28 days.
Most deliveries are delivered between 9am and 5pm. All deliveries will need to be signed for. If no one is present the product will be delivered to your local depot to rearrange delivery.
Saturday Delivery
This service is available but at extra cost. Our carriers have a GBP25.00 surcharge for Saturday deliveries.
